Travel grants will be awarded to students who are not presenting a paper at a conference. Presenters are not eligible to apply.

The grant program is available to AMS student members and member graduate students (those who are in their last undergraduate year or who are current graduate students). Member status will be confirmed.

Conferences listed below are assigned a specific deadline. Applications will not be considered after the deadline date indicated.

37th Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology -  deadline February 15, 2026

2026 Joint AMS Washington Forum and Summer Community meeting - deadline April 17, 2026

2026 AMS Madison Summit - deadline June 12, 2026
