AMS Graduate Fellowship in the History of Science

Description

The American Meteorological Society (AMS) is pleased to invite applications for the AMS Graduate Fellowship in the History of Science, to be awarded to a student in the process of completing a dissertation in the history of the atmospheric and related oceanic or hydrologic sciences. 

The fellowship will support free membership during the year awarded.  The recipient of this fellowship will be invited to the AMS Annual Meeting, following the year awarded, and is required to present research at the History Symposium during the annual meeting.  Abstract submission fee will be waived.

What you should Know:

  • Encrypted or secured documents must be converted and saved as an unsecured version in order to upload. Otherwise, upload an unofficial copy and submit the official document to dfernandez@ametsoc.org.

  • Please enter N/A in a section that does not apply.

  • For assistance with a technical problem, go to "Contact Support" (i) found in the help section in the upper right hand corner of your screen and enter the required information.


Note: Applicants are responsible for keeping time to ensure that all application tasks are complete in order to SUBMIT the application for consideration by the deadline date!
