Early career scientists (e.g., graduate students and postdoctoral researchers) are eligible to apply for financial support to attend the AMS Climate Policy Colloquium. Full support will cover the costs of tuition, room and board, and travel. Partial support may also be available. Those interested in applying for support must submit an application by September 28, 2025. Decisions will be announced by mid-October.
To be eligible to receive funding, applicants must be currently enrolled in or employed by a U.S. institution or university and members of the American Meteorological Society. Student membership is sufficient for this requirement. Applicants for funding do not need to be a member at the time of application submission but must be a member at the time when funds are disbursed.
