We are looking for dependable undergraduate and graduate student members to work directly with AMS staff at the meeting to help us run sessions and services and assist attendees. Students must be in attendance for the entire week, and may be required to assist full days during the conference.  Students who are presenting will be scheduled around their sessions. Student Assistants will be provided with hotel accommodations (rooms are shared at the discretion of AMS staff but with an option for roommate request), meeting registration (short courses not included), and a stipend which will be provided after the meeting. Travel costs are not covered under this program. When not working, students can network, attend sessions, and visit the exhibit area. Students wishing to apply for a position must recognize the importance of showing up for assigned shifts and be committed to working the entire week of the Annual Meeting.
